Do you see that city on the side of those materials? I'm going to try the godzilla scale method to get the atmosphere to work. I just tried it and NOTHING in the way of noticible atmosphere change. Using the hierarchy editor, how do you parent all those city blocks to a single figure in one fell swoop rather than go block by block, building by building for the parenting process?

Are you using a sky dome of some sort? Something like BB's Envirosphere? Try that if you can't get the fog to show up. Atmosphere needs something to reflect off or you won't see it.
