You don't have to take a couple of extra days to bork chat. It's already borked.
But we're used to it's foibles; we don't need any New & Improved Bugs to learn in order to hang with our buds & have a good time. And if ya plan on using the "New User Experience" arguement to support your borking of our home, let me ask how a noob is gonna tell the difference between chat's previous/ existing flaws from the ones that I'm sure will be introduced, along side of the ones introduced to the rest of the site?
