He is a bit too dark. I would do one of two things to lighten the image. Either increase your spotlight OR create 1 infinite light to use as a fill light with no shadow. If you add a fill light, put it near the camera, pointing in the same direction of the camera, and adjust the brightness until you get a little more light coming from the front. I'm not so sure that increasing the intensity of the spotlight will make it pop, so I'm leaning toward a fill light. :)
