There is currently no existing addon of this nature for Blender, but one can never be certain what the future of the software could bring.  It might be difficult for a programmer to create an addon which does all of the same functions that the UniConnector script does in 3dsmax, just the same.  In Blender, some of the equivalent features highlighted in this script would be addons in their own right.  I don't know if that would create a dependency problem in the scripting, or perhaps it would actually make it even easier to implement; I don't understand Python that well to know for sure.  All of the features that this script encompasses, in it's unification of command operations, are part of the core technology of the 3dsmax software.  In Blender, some of them would actually depend on which addons a user has enabled, or disabled, in their preferences.  For example, Blender has 3 different ways to bridge edges.  Only one of them is part of the core architecture, and the rest are optional addons, which I don't believe are turned on by default when the software is installed for the first time.  So a script like UniConnector, for Blender, would need to be able to determine these variable conditions in the software preferences, and adjust to them on the fly.  Seems like it would be a very tall order to ask, but I could be wrong.

Without a doubt, this would be something very useful to have in any modeling software.  I was actually surprised it was possible to do, and so far, it's proven quite successful in my own personal workflow.  I'd like to also have it available in Blender, but Blender has it's own set of nuances that make it a fast and efficient modeling package anyway.
