Sorry RorrKonn.  My mistake.  Visiting and paying your respects at any memorial is not intruding.  The Wall is difficult for me as well.  My father served 3 tours and I lost a brother.  The 9/11 Memorial can be a bit frightening when you stop and realize that those waterfalls used to be where the towers stood.  I saw the site three days after the attack and watched all the changes yet I still feel like I've been kicked in the gut when I see it now.  I don't think it will ever go away.

Maybe there are reasons why your country is now requiring people who call themselves PI's to be registered.  Have you researched the hows and whys?
