to survive West Virginia summers ya need guns, knifes n dogs to let ya know if any snakes or wild animals have wondered in to the yard.

**Yes, I was posting to you.  You know NYC and the NYPD well.  If you ever get a chance to come back, visit the memorial.  I still can't get used to change in the skyline.  I miss the sun rising between the two towers. **

**I actually live north of the city along the bluffs.  So far I haven't encountered mama black bear and her cubs but Fish and Wildlife tells us it's only a matter of time.  So far we've seen the return of 2 different species of Vultures, Bald Eagles and several other raptor species, coyotes, lynx, and wolves.  Mountain lion sightings are iffy but a wacky collector of exotic pets turned his menagerie lose before killing himself. **

They should try filming a horror movie in the middle of a Northeastern winter.  Probably have the same outcome as a certain dictator had trying to invade a certain country way back in the the 1940's.

In response to Pumeco's question as to why he would need US citizenship to become a PI: you have to be a citizen to obtain a Private Investigator's license.  You also need citizenship to obtain a firearm's license.  You would also need citizenship to remain long enough in the country to investigate cases and build a business.
