If you were a vendor here then I'm sure you are aware of our 72 hour window In case something keeps you away for a day or so. Sometimes things like illness or tragedy or other serious life issues might come up as we are ALL humans so we can't be expected to be perfect. 

I went ahead and approved the refund for you as I think that is best for all since you are so upset at the tester (who, by the way, admitted in this thread that she made a mistake and took full responsibility, apologized for it and that's about all we can do). and now the vendor and I'd rather not have them be criticized in this manner. Things happen in life, we all mess up and as long as we learn from it, there's no life or death problem that arises from the mistake. I would hope no one would ever "get rid of" a valuable employee over a mistake, that's quite harsh and surely you've made one or two in your lifetime at a job position you've held in your life:) I know I have and in all my 50 years don't believe I've met a person that hasn't.   We learn from mistakes and as long as we own them (which is exactly the case here) then all is good.

So you should see the refund already in your account and we will deal with the vendor on the files needing updated but this matter with your order is now closed.
