Definitions:

(1.) "Work" means the copyrightable work of authorship offered under the terms
of this release including, but not limited to files of three-dimensional digital
coordinates; digital raster image data and application specific program files.

(2.) "Derivative Work" means a work based upon the Work or upon the Work
and other pre-existing works in which the Work may be altered, transformed, or
adapted.

(3.) "Commercial" means Work(s) that are intended for the mass market,
having profit as a chief aim or sponsored by an advertiser or supported by
advertising.

(4.) “Distribute” means to publish, market, distribute, transfer, sell or sublicense
the Work or Derivative Works or make available to 3rd parties by any other
means.

(5.) "Render" means to create a shaded synthetic image based upon 3D
geometric descriptions, surface attributes, and an illumination model. Renders
can be either a single image or a sequence of images (animation).
