I noticed you have several Ngons in there that kind of complicated the loop selection process.  They seemed to be present before the Quad Chamfering. I fixed them in the final model by selecting them at the face level, then switching to vertex level in the command panel, which translates the selection to verts.  Then click Connect.  Now all your Ngons are tris.

The better approach is to make sure you quad them up before you do a chamfer or extrusion, because it's far more difficult to quad up after you've done that procedure.
