I have procedurals for the Octane render engine, but nothing for Mental Ray or default Max.  I do have some really nice tileable texture patterns, which I use often in some of my unwrapped models, but most of those are from texture repositories, like CGTextures.com.  One thing I'll be doing this year, as my resolution, is taking more photographs and creating my own tileable texture libraries.
