@ Jacomina:  I'm glad you and Karel have found a way to handle your neighbor!  :)  We haven't fallen in a cactus yet, but have had to fix two flat tires on Mandy's stroller because we ran over sharp thorns.  :(  Fortunately it's an easy fix.  Right now she's outside with Bill.  He's sitting in a lawn chair reading a book, and Mandy is lounging in her stroller enjoying the view from "way up high."  :P
