Want to create your own 360° azimuth / ±90° elevation environment sets from scratch?

You need three programs, all free (or you could use various alternatives):
Terragen Classic - http://www.planetside.co.uk/terragen-classic-windows-download
HDRShop Version 1 - you'll find a link here http://www.hdrlabs.com/tools/links.html (the original is no longer linked from the HDRShop site itself).
The 3Dcheapskate (also available in DAZ and HiveWire3D flavours) occasionally posts sensible stuff. Usually by accident.
And it usually uses Poser 11, with units set to inches. Except when it's using Poser 6 or PP2014, or when its units are set to PNU.
