Quote - Rfriese.. sounds like a nice build.. other than the geforce vid card.  Nvidia has horrid open-cl support.  I'd go with an ATI card.  Other than that, beautiful setups.  Any intel cpu that is of the sandybridge chipset is a monster.  Have you compared the performance of the i7-3930 over the i7-2600?  The 2600 is still outperforming newer, faster and bigger chips when it comes to 3D rendering

Won't work with the motherboard because it uses differant socket

Will look into an ATI/AMD video card
