     I've uploaded the 3.82MB runtime zip to the freestuff area, but it may take a day or so for it show up.  The emitter and aura meshes are remotely referenced geometries, in case someone wants to make and distribute their own textures for the IDL kit.

     Bear in mind that this is an add-on pack;  you must have DAZ's Forest Faerie wand.  It came in the V3RR 3D starter bundle and is found in the props folder.  Here's a screen cap of the promo header:
