We've done this a lot before, to own legally a modified character with new morphs and so on.

To add WM to clothes is simple as copy joint zones (and weight mapping) from a character to the dress, it's in the figure menu.

No, you have to set it up like V4WM. The people that did that project asked DAZ what would be legal to distribute and RTE still contains the mesh, which is against the EULA.
