This is the Church of Santa Maria della Spina, a great example of Pisan Gothic.
It was built in 1230 on the banks of the Arno. It 'so called because from 1333, the church kept it as a relic of a thorn (spina in Italian language) from Christ's crown, now exposed in the church of Santa Chiara. :-)
