Victoria 1 was made by Zygote, which I'm pretty sure also did the Poser 4 characters.  Zygote spun off DAZ around the turn of the Century.  They still make medical 3D models, and have an online interactive anatomical atlas..

Don and Judy are mapped similarly to V2 and M2, but I'm virtually certain that they aren't the same meshes.
