^you can add 2 FBMs to the dress (if anyone is modeling one from scratch for these three figures, it would likely be easiest to use shae as the base, and then add an FBM for anastasia and alyson from there, since its generally more straightforward to morph down than up, and shae is quite a bit bigger in the hips/chest than alyson).

that way someone can load the dress and just use the FBM morph dials to fit whichever figure. it would also allow for partial morph blending between shae/anastasia/alyson. for example, the shae morph loaded on anastasia at ~50% looks pretty good, in case anyone wants to shed about 10lbs of T&A from shae :)
