If Germans can't distinguish Signalgelb (taxi) from Ginstergelb (Post) how about the yellow in the render above then ? I don't have much information so I'll simply call it Volkseigener Gelb.

Besides, yellow is not a typical colour for Belgian taxis. As far as I know only 1 company uses/d it. There is no mandatory colour but most taxis are black, silver or white. Except Brussels, they already have to use a special roof sign aka "Sputnik" and black will become mandatory in the near future.
