This type of livery was used in many variations roughly from the 1970's till the 2000's, when it was replaced by the "Battenburg" livery (more food...) Some vehicles in this livery may still be operational.
A fictional model, consider this as one of the last Anglia's (F-registration of 1967/68) surviving into the 1970's and being used as a test car for the new livery. With some novelties such as the radio callsign on the roof and new white and yellow numberplates. Staffordshire used the orange and blue version of the "Jam" belt, so a Staffordshire RF coded numberplate has been provided.
The Jam Sandwich is actually the opposite of a Panda, a fast intervention car. The Anglia, a fast car ? Probably Cosworth tinkered with the engine, making this a perfect Q-car.
