Antonia comes in a low-res and a high-res version. The low-res version files include '-lo-' in their names (Antonia-lo-1.2.cr2, for example). The polygon count is under 10000 for the low-res and under 40000 for the high-res version.
The only problem when using Antonia with SubD is that I used some hard edges in the original geometry to prevent vertex drift. These cause problems in Poser, so that I had to remove them from the distributed OBJ files.
If you are interested, I can make a special SubD-ready version available. Antonia is under a Creative Commons attribution license, so you may get as silly as you like.
(I'm assuming when you say SubD you mean Catmull-Clark).
