Believe it or not, that's how I did it...lol. I scaled and lined up my reference pic to about where the ball of her foot would land and where the toe would bend and modeled from there, making sure I followed the contour of Vicky's foot rather than the reference. I only used the heel angle from the reference pic. It takes a bit of imagination, but that's part of the fun of modeling I think ;o).
