Remember that one of the names for Jesus is the "kinsman redeemer", and He likely didn't die for the sins of aliens any more than he died for the sins of dolphins.  If aliens exist, it's likely they would have their own plan of salvation, one that didn't involve coming here and being proselytized to by us.
