Forgot to mention, about the lashes. I ran RR with the edge screening deactivated, and it significantly smoothed out the edges of the lashes. That may be something you want, I don't know. The RD run didn't move them, with the edge screening off.
I'm quite interested in your process of trying to analyze the smoothing as it goes on. I tried something like that in 2008 when developing RD, but I made a hash of it. :lol:
