Quote - I attached a link to the page with a vid showing the feature. If you want to check it out, follow the link and then hit the button that says Detail at the bottom of the page. The vertex ma transfer vid will appear as a thumbnail.
Holy cow. Odf has it right. Something they're doing on that page is not liked by my browser. It crashed me, twice.
The morph transfer via a vertex map sounds like it might be more sophisticated than what we have here. I'm really not sure, because I didn't get to see the video.
How does it turn out, when it's not so great? Are you creating morphs using this feature, then porting them to Poser somehow?
The morph transfer tool being (re-)developed in this thread requires a data file for any given actor combination. There aren't currently many data files, mainly because I've been developing and writing tutorials, rather than trying to generate data files.
Lacking an existing data file, one must be created for a given actor combination. That process may actually be slower and more demanding than the Modo process. I'm not sure. If you'd like a basic overview of what the script can do and how to set up a data file, check the tutorials on the TDMT website:

Apologies if I haven't really been able to answer the question.
I'm guessing that Modo's tool must be faster than this one and probably more generally applicable. But that's a guess. I need more information before I can say much on the matter.

Cage can be an opinionated jerk who posts without thinking. He apologizes for this. He's honestly not trying to be a turkeyhead.
Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below. His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.
