Quote - I've seen what appear to be dropped verts even in the V2->Antonia comparisons, so it might be easier for me to track those down when I get some time.

You've seen them on your end?  That would rule them out in my more recent code alterations.  Have you seen them without the raycasting in use?  If they're due to raycasting, I don't see how it happens, unless the hitpoint is accepted by the code and rayhit is set, but then the hitpoint doesn't end up setting up weights as it should.  I'm not sure these are dropped altogether.  There may be .vmf listings for them, but the weights aren't adding up to 1.0 or something.  Seems unlikely....  😕

Speaking of advanced stuff, can you add the option to send a normal to the current hybrid function?  Or is it premature for that?   I like to have options to tweak.  Makes me feel like play is actually useful work.

Cage can be an opinionated jerk who posts without thinking.  He apologizes for this.  He's honestly not trying to be a turkeyhead.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below.  His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.
