Ooh, wait! I think I found it. False alarm. Hopefully.
One of the meshes was being instantiated with localspace
verts instead of worldspace, but only when not running the pyd.
Programmer error. Blaming the tools for my unnoticed
mistakes. D'Oh!
At least now you'll have a copy of the files I used to create
the V3 correlation file.
And a copy of the pyd.
