Here, the default settings are mainly used, but the Threshold value has been raised to 0.1.  The result retains the basic mesh cleanup while reducing the amount of pull back toward Antonia's original shape.  The difference is fairly subtle (should've used profile view, as I said), but if you compare closely, you can see it in the nose and brow regions.
