If I understand correctly, it's a fully welded version of the current figure mesh that can be accessed via the Python API. That usage of the term has nothing to do with the generation 3 DAZ figures.

Cage had some freebies, compatible with Poser 11 and below. His Python scripts were saved at archive.org, along with the rest of the Morphography site, where they were hosted.
