V3's "Spandex" morph should do the job - I used it in my EZ Top freebie. I don't know if V4 has the same morph off the top of my head, but something similar has been there since the days of Posette so I'd be surprised if there wasn't one. They're intended for making skintight superhero costumes as the name implies.
