Thanks Mark, I think, to my dismay, that it may be my system. I'm running Vista 64 and had a blue screen shortly after posting this. It may be time to upgrade to 7. Sometimes I think I just work my system too hard, since it seems I have to replace it every couple years. This new system is only 7-8 months old.  :(
