And your reason for posting this here is why??? No one here can do anything for you. You'd be much better off writing to Smith Micro, the only entitiy who actually can do anything for you. Complaining here won't help you at all I'm afraid. Your best bet is to get in touch with Smith Micro. If we could somehow make them more sympathetic to you, or available to you, or responsive to you, perhaps we might, but we can't do a thing for you. Only the company that makes Poser can help you with this problem.
