I've been seeing a good number of P8 renders now and I'm wondering about one thing...... why does the majority of these P8 renders look so much alike P7/Pro renders? Why aren't we blown away by stunning renders if the light system and rendering is so much better then it is in the previous versions?

I do hope someone will show me/us the real rendering improvement/power that P8 is supposed to harness, I haven't seen anything yet that couldn't be done with what Poser Pro offers already.

Yes, I've looked at the comparing side by side renders, but those P7 renders look so bad (most likely on purpose) and do not represent Poser 7 (or Poser Pro) at all.

We're are the mind blowing renders? Someone must have them...... nothing mind blowing yet, nothing superior yet..... nothing that cannot be achieved with P7/Pro.....nothing truly convincing yet.

Gamma correction for example brought something new, something different, something very recognizable. These new render and light features do not seem to bring anything outstanding, anything different or very recognizable at all.

New content doesn't interest me at all, new interface neither, nor a new way of having a library. The main thing I'm interested in in a new version is always rendering improvements. What I've seen so far isn't convincing at all, it's the same as usual.

Who will take the challenge and show me/us the real P8 rendering power? Lot's of talk about it, but the images do not match up with the talk..... yet (I really do hope it's yet).
