Yeah, the fact that the downloads are a bit tricky to find is kind of intentional. At this point, I'd like to avoid the impression that Antonia is a finished product that can just be downloaded and used. ;)

My plan was to finish the new JCMs and then do the expression rig, using some of JOELGLAINE's morphs as a basis. Then I'll have to figure out how to go about the whole annoying "empty channels for morph injection" thing. Also, I'd like users to be able to choose between different sets of JCMs and/or expressions. So ideally, one could do something like use Phantom3D's JCMs for the shoulders, mine for the the thighs, some third-party ones for the neck and none at all for the elbows and knees.

Once that's done, I was going to elevate her to beta status and set up a public site with, among other things, a list of links for downloads. Since the JCMs are taking even longer than I thought, I'm now thinking it might be good to have that site up sooner, before I start working on the expressions.
