Here are the items that can be found on the second half of the Main Menu.

A check mark on the menu next to an item indicates that:

 ... an option is selected, e.g., "Skip Frames"
      - or -
... tools are visible, e.g., "Camera Controls"
      - or -
... a window is open, e.g., "Libraries"

A small arrowhead to the right of an item indicates that there is a "submenu."
