Thanks. But, can it be duplicated? Can others duplicate the same findings that I have? That's the big issue. If others can duplicate this specific interaction of Projection Mode and rendering artifacts in both realtime video (opengl/etc) and in the Firefly renderer when using Poser and UVs generated in multiple applications using the similar variation in Projection Mode then we have something to work with. If not, it could be an application specific issue with what I used to generate these UVMaps (Hexagon). That has to be isolated with greater confidence than it has so far.
I'm going to try to do that in the next series of tests by using UVMapper, Blender, Anim8tor and any other freebie package I have that may have the capability to produce Projection Map generated UVMaps. But, a third-party confirmation is what I am really hoping for - That will clinch it as not being a hardware specific artifact (my processor/OS/vid interacting with Firefly rendering or realtime rendering)
