Sure.  I'll archive the objects as well and post a link to a download.  I didn't include the objects earlier because I used a different notation that wasn't referenced here in order to keep track of them.  ie: cyl1-n1-uv2-x = Original cylinder, normals exported, uv2 (projection type), x-axis, etc..   Redoing that at the moment was cutting into dinnertime and my stomach demanded my hands be involved in food-transport instead of file-transport.

Give me some time to renamed/archive them and I link them for examination.  I'm interested in finding out the cause and the solution to the problem even if I'm proven wrong. :)  I'll post some of the uvmaps in a followup post as well as soon as I can export them and put them together.
