I always found Rendo staff super responsive and forthcoming when it comes to my vendor experiences.

With DAZ, I PMed wone of their staff long tiome ago, and never heard back - but I wasn't sure if I PMed the right person. By the time I was ready to approach them, it was siggraph time, and since it was practically in my back yard, I went to siggraph.  Over there I started chatting with people at DAZ booth, I remember it was Chad and Dan and Mark Bremmer, and Rob Weisenhart. I started chatting with them, then they got on line and looked at my Wizard Robe... They were pretty impressed with it, even if it was for Apollo.  After that it was pretty smooth sailing. Now I just have to get busy and make something for them.

 I went back and forth lingering around Smith Micro's Poser booth, to see if there's anyone I can talk to... But never saw a single staff member at it.

And Rendo booth was great, I got to meet Debbie and Staci in person :)
