the rings with dual snaps are leather straps.. attached only to the belt.. mainly for atttaching extra accessories to.. part of the Sam Brown Design. though like I said.. a spare key to the cuffs was sometimes hidden within one of them.. as for an actual picture? hrmmmm.... these should give you a goos start keep an eye out for the Safariland models...
