obviously google wouldn't let 'em do the startup unless they were already prepared
to beat the crap outta microsoft, hence there may be red flags like ignoring the
robots meta tag, putting irrelevant images next to relevant results, producing dozens
of duplicate results that the client is forced to wade thru, etc.  then when microsoft
takes the bait, they suddenly find they're not only faced with a major infringement
suit from google, but they bought a white elephant that may also draw countless
image copyright and privacy suits.

I assume they can't find general members' personal info that was posted here,  which
the admins privatised to protect kids and avoid issues with stalkers and other denizens
of the grudge sites, even tho they seem to have picked up merchants' personal data.
