 Poser Pro is for a slightly different market. It's primarily for studios that need to get Poser content into C4D, Lightwave, Maya etc. It is essentially Poser 7 with a couple of small enhancements plus network and background rendering - a huge benefit if you run Poser. If you don't have those applications or requirements, it may not be for you.
