Subject: How do I get the Poser Parameter dials in Carrara for posing?

There are no sliders for rotation, translation or scale. [RTS]

Sliders will appear for all other morphs.
[Unfortunately, you can't adjust the min/max in Carrara as in Poser]

As told by others above, you can achieve RTS several other ways.

  1. use the actual manipulators; there is one for each, plus a combo. in my experience direct manipulation works much better in Carrara than in Poser
  2. under the  "motion" tab, type in the values.
  3. in the sequencer, drill down and you will find graph editing for RTS. you can grab keys and move them in the graph editor.

As to why there are no sliders for RTS in Carrara......unknown (at least by me)
