Yes.
But don't use this for C6 hair, since every frame is a key frame and the faces behave a bit strange it confuses the C6 hair.

The empty scene problem is a known C6 problem for all imports from Poser. Has nothing to do with transposer. Read all comments about empty scenes from Poser.

Note that transposer will retime the animation and will not use the values set up in Poser.
