oh, that. it's the caustic wave shader - one of the presets. 0% completion at time 0, 100% completion at frame 30. but it's all automatic. just load the preset, import yer lobster, reduce lobster from 1200 inches to 60 inches (reduce scale to 2.5%), then render.
