Hi BTWR, Sorry to be late in getting back on this. I was sure someone else would chime in with an answer. Basically, the scale of import and the way effects behave is proportional to the scale of the scene now. (I think most of the rough edges for Poser content import have been improved now) Some content imports from other programs may still be a little goofy because there is no standard for program to program scaling. I know, I know, there should be. The large screen size is primarily for landscapes of substantial size. It allows you to work pretty much within the "box" of the assembly room but still have long distance haze and atmospheric effects. Previously, you had to do some big time adjustments or spread your scene waaaaaaaaaay out in the Carrara work space. Do you remember that ship I did some time back? The clouds were huge and way, way far away to get that effect. To place them I had to zoom out to something like 5000 percent to fit the whole scene in. So small in fact that I couldn't select the boat! Medium is good for building interiors, exteriors and intimate outdoor scenes. Small works great for still life images and detail/close-ups. Mark
