you can choose not  receive post's by unchecking the notify me when someone replies right below this box. 

You can also unsubscribe to the forums at the top of this post where it says subscibe or unsubscribe. If it says unsubcribe that means you have subscribed to this forum.

Also in your forum options you can uncheck any forum you don't want to receive ebots from.
