Between Outlook 2007's spam filter, plus another company's spam filter that I use -- around 98% of spam messages go straight into the junk folder. I check that folder occasionally, just to be sure that nothing that I actually wanted was filtered out.
Spam is a gigantic problem across the internet. The only e-mail accounts where I've never seen spam were e-mail accounts with addresses which I rarely, if ever, actually used for anything.
