Hi Jack, Clicking on the timeline should do it. You might try reducing the fidelity of the preview, from textured to Flat Shaded for example. Graphics cards do play a big part in how smooth and fast the on-screen effects are. Another option is to change the Interactive Render settings from OpneGL to DAZ Software.
