I'm not a lighting guru, but I'll try anyhow. The main thing I see with the halogen lights in my place are the very bright spots on the walls and celing, which isn't what this looks like. Most halogens are indirect lights, which doesn't work in Poser, so you will have to use a set of lights to simulate this. (as a concept, build a lamp, place the up light in it, crank intesity high and wide and set cast shadows on. Then place a much lower powered light pointing at the figure. You might well need extra fill lights to keep the interior details.) There are no shadows shown here, which isn't right. The outside of the window should be much darker than the inside, or you should be getting reflections and hot spots on the glass.
