I'm not sure about the company name -- it's possible.
I've had an interest for some time in being able to create crowd scenes in various situations. It's great to have a beautiful cityscape: but the city usually looks deserted...........like a ghost town.
There are products in the Marketplace which help with this -- but in order to provide the look & feel of a crowded, busy downtown area or a shopping mall, etc. -- I'd think that these types of low-poly human models would be the way to go. However: they're kind of pricey for the purpose. Or at least they're pricey when all that I'm seeking to do is to create pretty pictures with them. Now if I was going to use them to make money, then it'd be a different story. But for pure hobby purposes, it's probably not worth the cash to me.
I'm still tempted by them anyway.
There are some poseable low-poly figures in the MP which I intend to buy. But I'd also like to see someone come up with a collection of static, low-poly human models dressed in various ways -- specifically for the purpose of providing realistic background to public scenes.
